AI Readiness Assessment & Strategy Roadmapping

A structured evaluation of client operations, data, and business goals to identify high-impact AI opportunities. This consulting service delivers a roadmap of recommended AI initiatives (e.g. which use cases to tackle first, estimated ROI, required data/tools). It involves stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and an “AI maturity” analysis.

AI Solution Prototyping and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) Development

For priority use cases identified, develop a rapid prototype or PoC to demonstrate viability. For example, build a small-scale chatbot on the client’s data, or a pilot predictive model using a sample of their records. This helps the client validate the solution’s value before full investment.

Design, train, and refine machine learning models tailored to the client needs. This could be a predictive analytics model (e.g. demand forecasting, risk scoring) or a computer vision model (defect detection), etc. Leverage existing algorithms or develop custom models where needed.

Many effective AI solutions involve connecting with the client’s current software (ERP, CRM, databases). Offer integration services to embed AI capabilities into workflows – for instance, integrating a chatbot into the company’s website or linking a predictive maintenance model to the factory’s IoT sensor platform. This may involve API development, middleware, or custom coding to ensure seamless data flow between AI components and legacy systems.

Process Automation & RPA Augmented with AI

Identify tedious manual workflows and implement automation using Robotic Process Automation plus AI. For example, automate an invoice processing workflow by combining RPA (to move files/click buttons) with an AI OCR service that extracts invoice data for entry. End-to-end project execution to implement approved AI solutions. This covers project planning, agile development iterations, testing, user training, and deployment. Essentially we can be your AI project developer/lead, ensuring the solution meets requirements and is delivered on time. If specialized skills are needed (e.g. UI design for an AI app), we can  subcontract or bring on additional help as necessary, but we will act as your one stop shop and take care of those needed items and tasks.
